Reporting Issues:
- If you receive damaged, broken, or incorrect items, notify us via WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.
- Inspect all orders upon receipt, even if they're gifts, to verify condition and accuracy.

Return Process:
- To initiate a return, email us at info@thebrasstown.com.
- If approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Exchanges:
- We offer exchanges for incorrect orders or damaged articles.
- For faster service, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return is accepted.
Refunds:
- We have a no-refund policy. Exchanges are offered instead.
